A choreographer, creator and community builder, Shaun Evaristo is absolutely a leader of the new generation. Passionate about culture, contribution, and empowering people, he paves the way for the future wave of dancers to come. Focusing on quality and experience, it bleeds into his dance, business and choreography. He is mostly known for his unique style of choreography and creating the company Movement Lifestyle, an urban dance brand located in the heart of the Noho Arts District. A community based and globally connected company that focuses on being a platform for dancers. From producing events to establishing creative dance spaces, they strive to provide a great experience for the professional dancer to the movement enthusiast. It's a labor of love and also his way of giving back to dance what dance has given to him.
Shaun’s background in dance before creating Movement Lifestyle has been a journey of working throughout the Dance Industry and Community. From choreographing on some of America’s top rated TV show's such as So You Think You Can Dance and American Idol to developing some of Europe's and Asia's top pop artists like Big Bang and 2NE1. Every now and then he’ll put on his dancing shoes and even dance behind some of the music industries biggest Artists. From Omarion to William, all the way to touring with Justin Beiber on his “BELIEVE” world tour. Outside of industry work, teaching will always be a passion for him. Traveling and instructing all over the world since he was 18 years of age, he continues to spread his artistry in some of the most prestigious dance camps and workshops for the global dance community.
Currently, he continues to build his company while still exploring life and dance. Shaun is truly an embodiment of the american entrepreneurial spirit. Motivating, creative, hands on and hard working are all attributes he possesses and part of the reason why he is so successful in dance today. Considering how much he has created and done in such a short time, you never know what amazing things will be next for him.
