ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The CLI Conservatory International Dancer Program is designed to give 18+ dancers outside the United States the opportunity to train with leading choreographers in the dance industry today. Our program for international dancers includes:
  • Train for 10 months in every style with the industry’s top choreographers
  • Prepare for both commercial and concert dance careers
  • Build a portfolio of personal photo and video assets
  • Access private auditions for job opportunities and talent agencies
  • Receive 1:1 coaching to develop your personal artistry and career path
  • Live with other international students attending the CLI Conservatory

Many international dancers that attend the CLI Conservatory are curious about how to obtain a US work visa to dance professionally in the United States. Included in the International Dancer Program will be information sessions and mentorship opportunities from choreographers who have successfully navigated the US work visa process before.
AUDITION FOR DANCE TALENT AGENCIES
All of our International Dancers will have the opportunity to audition for leading dance agencies here in the US, and learn about the process of signing with an agency.

FAQs
Who should audition?
The CLI Conservatory International Dancer Program is a pre-professional program for dancers around the world looking to embark on a professional dance career in the United States. Dancers must be 17 years old or older to apply.
What should I submit for my audition video?
The goal of the audition video submission is for our team to see your unique dancing ability so we can assess if you’re a good fit for our program. You should submit a video in any style of dance that you feel best demonstrates your abilities. The video should be a solo, approximately one to three minutes in length (no duos, trios, or groups please). Your video can feature original choreography, a piece choreographed by someone else, or improvisation in any style of dance. Video reels that you’ve edited together are also acceptable submissions.
What is included in the International Dancer Program?
The International Program offers dancers from around the world the opportunity to work with top professional choreographers in the United States. In this six-week program, dancers will complete professional-level courses, build their media portfolios with our world-class production team, and learn about pathways to building a career in the United States.
Who will I train with during the program?
Students train with a wide range of world-renowned choreographers from the commercial and concert dance industries.
Are housing and transportation included?
Program tuition includes fully furnished housing accommodations and daily transportation between lodging and the Conservatory.
Where is the International Dancer Program being held?
The International Dance Program will be held onsite at the CLI Conservatory in Southampton, Massachusetts, United States. Southampton is roughly three hours from New York City or two hours from Boston.
Do I need a visa to participate?
Visa requirements vary depending on your country of residence. Dancers from countries participating in the Visa Waiver Program (VWP) may apply for a visa waiver through ESTA. Dancers from non-participating countries will need to obtain a tourist or visitor visa through their local embassy or consulate.
