Hamly Tavarez

Hamly Tavarez is known as a hard hitter in the dance industry with a versatile background in training. Raised by Dominican parents and having grown up in New York, he started dancing at the age of six to Merengue and Bachata styles. He later danced with programs like Alvin Ailey, Broadway Dance Center, the Pulse on tour, and many more. Currently signed with Clear Talent Group, Hamly’s choreography career began when he worked with Korean-American DJ & Producer Yaeji on her 2020 tour (@Kraejiyaeji). Later on, he moved out to LA to continue teaching at international conventions in Mexico, Puerto Rico, and Poland. His credits include: Amaarae, Karol G, Doja Cat, Jenifer Hudson, Kylie Minogue, under a selection of choreographers including Paris Goebel, Ebony Williams, Warren Carlyle, Candace Brown, Jessica Castro and Fatima Robinson!
