JA Collective
JA Collective is comprised of its founders Jordan Johnson and Aidan Carberry from USC’s Glorya Kaufman School of Dance. Their styles fuse many different techniques including hip-hop, acting, contemporary, and theater artistry. While working with half•alive, JA Collective shaped the band’s tours, music videos, and television performances. They have also collaborated with artists like Future, Frank Ocean, and worked with brands like Apple.
JA Collective performed globally in William Forsythe’s “Friends of Forsythe,” which they also helped choreograph. In recent years, Jordan and Aidan have presented at TED, won awards at Masdanza and RIDCC, and worked on Ballet X residency workshops.
