When I was 17 years old, I knew with certainty that I wanted to become a professional dancer. I spent my early days training with amazing choreographers at dance conventions, competitions, and in NYC. When it was time to choose my path–the choice was easy. I wanted a career performing and choreographing for the world’s biggest stars and dance companies.

However, after high school, I wasn’t sure what to do next. Specifically, I had a hard time answering the question: “What is the right next step for ME as an aspiring professional dancer?” I didn’t think a college dance program was the best fit, but I was also a bit hesitant about moving directly to LA or NYC at age 18 and diving into my career. Ultimately, I didn’t feel like there was a great next step for me to become the dancer I knew I wanted to be.

And that’s exactly why I created the CLI Conservatory. It’s a program designed by me, and over 100 of the world’s leading choreographers, to help you launch your professional dance career.

Today, the CLI Conservatory is one of the leading dance training programs in the world, and getting to work with the next generation of professional dancers every year has been the dream of a lifetime. Every year, I’m more and more inspired by the students we train and what they’ve been able to achieve in the dance industry.
